Introduction
This website is designed to support the Working Connections - Illinois workshop course on client-side web development. The topics in this course include XHTML (eXtensible HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), information architecture, web design principles, and JavaScript. XML (eXtensible Markup Language), Flash, and Dreamweaver will also be covered briefly as time allows.
Due to the nature of this course, this website has been written using CSS instead of tables for layout. There isn't anything terribly fancy about the CSS code used, so feel free to look it over as we discuss CSS.
The navigation links can take you to the start of the online notes for each major section of this course. There are no major navigation links directly to subsections. You get to subsections by going to the start of a major section and then choosing the local link for the next subsection.
